estate firm located in Chickasha, Oklahoma providing services in Real Estate sales, Farm Management and Rural Appraisals. The company has been in business for over 75 years.
Farm Service Company, Inc. originated by E. E. Huff in 1931 at Ponca City, Oklahoma under the name Huff Farm Management Services. In 1933 he moved the business to Chickasha, Oklahoma and changed the name to Farm Service Company. The company was purchased and operated by Jerry N. White in 1977. Jerry is an accredited Farm Manager (AFM) and an Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) with the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA).

Jerry's son, Cody joined the business in 2005, and has worked for 2 years as a full time rural appraiser. We have continually built up the volume of our business on a basis of the high quality of service rendered.
In 2008, we affiliated with United Country, the nation's largest marketer of country real estate. We are excited about the opportunity to offer high quality marketing tools to our clients as we begin this new phase with the company.
We specialize in farm and ranch real estate sales and appraisals in southwest Oklahoma. Our farm management services are intended to assist the non-resident landowner by engaging tenants to manage the farm more effectively and produce a higher return. We cater to the individual who owns one or more tenant farms within a radius of 150 miles of Chickasha, Oklahoma.
